Removing it from the packaging was problematic though; the beaded fringes tangled during shipping, and as I separated them, one strand broke, sending seed beads rolling across my kitchen floor. However, the fringe placement is generous, so one missing strand is not noticeable. Aside from the tangled fringe issue, we're very happy with this chime's clear, lovely sound. It's beautiful to look at (and stunning in the early morning sun). I wouldn't hesitate to give this item as a gift.

These chimes are absolutely gorgeous and sound excellent. I wasn't sure if they would go with the southwestern style of my home, but they really do. Definetly a good value for the money and a classy addition to any home. They shipped quickly and were well-packaged. Great buy.

My wind chime arrived in good condition and in the time period stated. The only reason I rated it with 4 stars is because in one area, the tassels are caught up in an area where they should not be, probably because of lieing in a box to ship.
